Warm up:
A) Jump Squats X 20
B) Reversed Lunges + Kick X 20 (each side)

Booty Kicks on the matt:
A) Donkey Kicks X 20 + 20 Pulse (each side)
B) Fire Hydrants X 20 + 20 Pulse (each side)
C) Corner Kicks X 20 + 20 Pulse (each side)
D) Up and Over X 20 (each side)
E) Spider Kicks X 20 + 20 Pulse (each side)

On the matt with band 2 inches above knee:
A) Bridge with Butterflies X 20 + 20 Pulse
B) Clams X 20 + 20 Pulse (each side)

Standing position with band 2 inches above knee:
A) Step forward X 20 & step backward X 20
B) Side walk X 20 (each side)
C) Step outs X 20 (each side)
